I have been making fall wreaths

OK, I am back in my wreath making mood. I made this one with some Stampin' Up papers I won on a blog from Wendy. Random buttons from my stash and a wreath I got at Hobby Lobby a long time ago. The ribbon was from Dollar Tree last year.
This one was inspired by (copied from) Sarah from Rink Cricut. I used some fabric remnants I had laying around.

Then I made this one for my daughter who is coming tomorrow for her birthday. She always admires mine and I sometimes give them to her so I made her one.

this one was super cheap to make but I think it is lovely. I got all the flowers and leaves from Family Dollar for about $3 and the wreath base from Dollar Tree for $1. Super inexpensive birthday gift!!!
Hope you enjoyed my wreaths. I need to get ack ro work on my Christmas gifts!!
Thanks for looking!

Blogaversary giveaway time!!

September 9th was my one year blogaversary. The main reason I started it was to enter challenges. I have not done to many of them but I love posting some of my projects and getting comments! I have been following blogs (alot of them) for about 2 years now and I have been so lucky at winning blog candy. Now it is my turn to give some back. I have a Formal Occasion Cricut Cartridge to giveaway. I do ask that you are a follower because I want it to go to someone I "know"! Just leave a comment on this post with a way to get in touch with you and tell me what your favorite Cricut Cartridge is. I will leave it open for comments for one week until Sunday, September 18th and post the winner on Monday the 19th. Thank you all for folowing me and looking at my projects and reading my rambles! I certainly appreciate it!

Tonight is the September Pinkalicious Blog Hop. The challenge was to make a school themed project. Not a card or scrapbook page. I have been designing these bookmarks on Design Studio for my granddaughters so I thought I would whip some up for the challenge.I will give them to the girls at Christmas along with some books. They al love to read.
I will probably embellishthem some more but this is it for tonight! I am going to bed early. Good night all!

One Christmas present done!

My son and his wife hae Papillon dogs and they are starting to breed them. The Mommy dog, Athena had her first pups in June. She had 6. 4 girls and 2 boys. The boys died after 2 days but the girls flourished. They are so cute! They sold them all. I decided to make a mini album for them of the pupies. There will be more but I wanted to document the first batch. Sorry the pictures are terrible!  I need a new camera. It has to be the camera (can't be the photographer, right?)
Here is the front cover
This page is the Mommy, Athena and the Daddy, Icarus (Icky)

The next page is the puppies on the day they were born. June 13, 2011

The next 2 are of them nursung and sleeping. That is all they did for a long time!

Then they started to play with each other.

These are just random cute ones

Then, I got pictures of when my mom got to meet her puppy, Micah.

I hae a mirrored closet door in my living room. The puppies were looking at themselves in it. ALL of my grandkids have played with "the baby in the mirror" I guess my grandpuppies like to do it too!

We put Micah in the box we made for cards at my sons wedding. She would make such a cute present!!

And that is it! I think it turned out super cute and I am pretty sure they will like it! Now, on to the million more gifts I have to make!! Thanks for stopping by and looking at my creation.
